Project/Site Engineer • You must take reasonable care of your own Health & Safety and others whose Health & Safety may be affected by your acts or omission. • You must wear provided PPEs at all the times on site and take reasonable care of it. • You must report all occupational incidents, accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses to HSE Officer. • You shall coordinate with HSE Officers to propose and recommend the methods to ensure effective and correct application of the company QHSE Policy and Project/Construction HSE Plan and Risk Assessment. • You shall ensure that the Site Supervisors are aware of their responsibilities towards HSE requirements. • You must ensure that PTW system, Method Statement, HSE plan, TRA and other relevant HSE documents are approved and available in site. • You shall initiate and participate HSE meetings, Walk through and provide valuable advice to improve site HSE Performance. Site Supervisor HSE Responsibilities • You must take reasonable care of your own Health & Safety and others’ whose Health & Safety may be affected by your acts or omissions. • You must wear provided PPEs at all the times on site and take reasonable care of it and ensure that your subordinates are doing same. • You must report all occupational incidents, accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses to HSE Officer. • You shall conduct Toolbox Talk at beginning of shift in preside of HSE officer to inform subordinates regarding the possible hazard that they might encounter in their workplace and care to be taken. • You shall ensure that the plant and/or equipment is being used in your site shall have valid inspection certifications if it requires through examination. • You shall ensure that your subordinates are trained and competent enough to do assigned task safely. • You must ensure that you and your subordinates are familiar with fire safety precautions and Emergency Evacuation Procedure applicable to the area in which you and your subordinates are working. Workers HSE Responsibilities • You must take reasonable care of your own Health & Safety and others whose Health & Safety may be affected by your acts or omission. • You must wear provided PPEs at all the times on site and take reasonable care of it. • All Occupational incidents, accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses are immediately reported to your supervisor and/or HSE Officer. • You must be familiar with fire safety precautions and Emergency Evacuation Procedure applicable to the area in which you are working. • You must not intentionally or recklessly interfaces with or misuses anything provided in the interest of health and safety. • You will only do the task or operation of equipment/tools that you are trained and competent for. • You must avoid unauthorized modification of tools that will harm the personnel and be injured. • You must adhere to the company and client requirement regarding HSE policy and procedure that they’ve implemented in all the projects/sites.
